SHIPPING COST
Shipping is free for all orders processed in Italy.
For orders placed from abroad, in the final purchase phase, after completing the data relating to your account, you must select the type of shipment: European or international. Shipping costs will be previewed.

 

PROCESSING TIMES and ORDER DELIVERY
All orders regularly made from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and pre-holidays) will be shipped within 5 working days in Italy. Please remember that it is always possible to pick up in the store, for any information write an email to: pietro.trivelli@gmail.com

For orders placed from the EU and extra EU, delivery times will vary based on the destination.
All orders will be shipped after the actual credit determined by the currency of the same.
The times stated above are indicative and may vary in periods of high season and / or holidays.
As soon as the shipment has left our office, an email will be sent automatically to communicate the tracking of the courier.

COURIER SERVICE
Transportation in the area is entrusted to SDA di Poste Italiane.
The times indicated above are absolutely indicative and may vary during holidays and / or according to the destination to be reached.
The transport can be covered by full insurance against theft and / or loss, for information about it, write an email to: pietro.trivelli@gmail.com
In order to have a fast and safe delivery it is necessary to indicate the destination address with the greatest possible precision complete with useful information (scale, extension, intercom ...) and a telephone number.

 

In any case Tram Art Milano is not responsible for any delays due to the courier   and / or non-deliveries caused by incomplete addresses or not adequately provided when ordering. Any delays will not give the buyer any right to request damages of any kind.
